Shipping & Delivery
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders are processed and shipped out within one day of the order date (not including weekends and holidays). Depending on where you live, you can choose between our free, express, and overnight shipping options.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we have international shipping. You may choose between our standard free shipping and express shipping options. Depending on where you live and the shipping you choose, delivery times will vary. Find more info on shipping here.
Do You Have Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping. For customers in the United States, our free shipping will take anywhere from 2-4 days. Internationally, it will vary from 3-15 days depending on where you live. We also offer faster shipping, see here.
Do I Have To Pay International Taxes Or Duties?
You may have to pay extra duties or taxes depending on where you live. Maserus cannot be held responsible for paying these additional fees. Check with your local customs department to check if you are required to pay additional fees.

What Type Of Leather Is Used
We make our leather straps out of genuine cowhide leather.
What Type Of Glass Is Used?
We use hardened mineral crystal for the glass on our watches.
Are The Watches Water-Resistant?
Yes, up to 3ATM water resistant. This keeps your watch protected from water splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water. However, it is not built to resist conditions such as swimming, diving, or bathing.
What Type Of Watch Movement Is Used
Our watches are Quartz with a Japanese Miyota Precision Movement. They require no winding and can be turned on by pulling the time stopper on the crown.
Is There A Warranty?
Yes, we offer a 24-month limited warranty after the original purchase date that covers manufacturing defects. If the watch stops working properly and is our fault, we will repair or replace it for free. However, this does not cover abuse, scratches, wear and tear, water damage, damaged glass, damaged straps, batteries, or theft.

Can I Track My Order?
Yes, you have two ways of tracking your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number. You may also create an account during checkout which enables you to sign into the website and track your order.
What’s Your Order Process?
After completing checkout, you will receive an email confirmation concerning your order. 1 – 4 days later you will receive an email confirming shipment. If you require further assistance, do not hesitate to email us at support@maserus.com

How Long Does It Take To Get A Response?
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will try our best to answer your email the same day it is sent, and never longer than 24 hours.

Please ensure that it has been longer than 15-20 minutes since you have placed your order and you have checked your junk folder. If you still have not received it, then contact us at support@maserus.com, and we will be happy to resend it.
